Hello, my name is Jake. I own and operate Jake's Window Cleaning with my wife. My parents own a floor care company, and I started helping them just about the same time I learned how to walk. I've also worked for good friends at the local dry-cleaners. As you can see, commercial cleaning has surrounded me for over 20 years. And in that time, I've learned 2 things that shape my business philosophy: 1) NEVER bring low-quality results to the customer when you know you wouldn't personally accept the same service, and 2) don't MAKE the money, EARN it. The only thing you should MAKE is friends with customers and clients. The individuals who I have cleaned windows for have nothing but praise to say! Since I have a family, I know the importance of saving a buck or two, so our goal is to give you the best service at a reasonable price.
My greatest satisfaction is a job well done. I've had customers at businesses I clean windows for stop to praise me for the results they see. That's the kind of appreciation I hope to earn with each and every client.
